After you have signed up, you will be taken to the dashboard, where you can see the workflows and overview of the total verification submissions by the users.

Below screen is what will you see for the first time

Workspace is a container where all the flows are stored. You can only have one workspace per account. However, you can view and edit another workspace based on the invitation only.

Summary panel  shows how many submitted users have Pass, Fail, Need Review or Incomplete statuses from all flows. You can check a glance at the performance of all the flows at the top center of the dashboard. You may want to review the submission under “Need Review” and “Incomplete” to improve the verification process.

To create your first workflow, click Create Workflow

From the left menu, you can check how much credit you have left. If credit is 0, none of the workflow will work

Note: Credit consumption varies on how the workflow is set up individually
